By placing an order with us, you are fully accepting our Terms and Conditions.

You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering. Payment will be debited from your account before despatch of your purchase.

All payments for goods ordered shall be made in (GBP) UK Pounds Sterling. We use secure payment facilities for online purchases. The following payment methods are accepted by livemoveconnect.com:

all major credit and debit cards, including Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard

In the event of payment being declined by your card issuer, Live Move Connect shall not be responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused by a subsequent delay in despatch or any additional processing costs and charges levied by your card issuer.

Live Move Connect takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any loss or damages to Buyer arising from shipping information and/or payment information entered by Buyer in connection with the payment for the items purchased.

Live Move Connect Ltd retains title to the goods until payment has been made in full.

10. DELIVERY/ POSTAGE

Postage  charges will be shown prior to you placing your order. Different charges apply depending on weight and location.

Goods must be inspected upon delivery – any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery. Failure to notify us of any visible damage may result in claims not being accepted after the item has been signed for.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you or the person you’ve nominated to receive the delivery, are present at the time of delivery, and have signed for the correct number of goods delivered.

We will only send the goods to the address specified in your invoice. 

We always aim to send your goods within the timescale stated but shall not be held liable for any delay caused by incorrect address given and circumstances beyond our control such as but not limited to weather, traffic, and unforeseen events.

11. CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND

If you wish to make a cancellation, you can cancel your order through our Website if you have a registered account with us. Otherwise, you should contact us as soon as possible to manually cancel your order and for us to issue you a full refund.

We will replace or refund the full cost of any item which arrives in a damaged and/or inedible or unusable condition only if brought to our attention within 24 hours with the copy of the delivery note. Such item shall be retained for our inspection should we ask to do so.

Live Move Connect operates a 30 day returns policy (including bank holidays and weekends), starting from the date shown on your invoice. Our returns policy applies to ‘Dry’ non-perishable items only.

You must notify us via e-mail when you request for a return or exchange of goods as any returns or exchanges can only be accepted if they are authorised by us.

All perishable items and beauty products cannot be returned nor exchanged unless there is a serious issue, such as a product recall.

We strongly recommend that all items that are to be returned are done so via Recorded Delivery. The Customer is fully responsible for the return of the items. No refunds will be given on any orders that fail to be returned and we are not responsible for any lost parcels without proof of delivery. 

All items returned must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally despatched from livemoveconnect.com. We will not accept for exchange or refund, any item which has been used, or is not in the exact condition in which it was despatched by us.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged.

Refunds are issued within 10 working days of receiving the goods with notification confirmed via e-mail.

Refunds will be processed on the same card used for the original transaction.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

12. LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Legal Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute(s) arising in connection with this Legal Notice are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of England.
